When will my order be delivered?

If you place your order before 11:59 PM, your package will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

As soon as your Slingher leaves our studio, you’ll automatically receive an email with your track & trace link, so you can follow exactly when your package will arrive.

What is the return period?

At Slingher, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Please make sure the items are unworn, undamaged, and neatly packaged.

You’ll receive a return label from us by email.

Once we’ve received your package, we’ll refund your purchase amount right away.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it within 7 days.

When your package has been unpacked and processed, you’ll automatically receive an email from us, so you’re always kept up to date.

I received the wrong package, what should I do?

Oops… that’s not supposed to happen.

Please contact our customer service via email, WhatsApp, or chat.

Include your order number and add a photo of the received package and the packing slip.

We’ll make sure to sort this out for you right away.
